Tkbeat's services are available to users aged 18 and above only. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old. tkbeat may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use tkbeat:

• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law
• Tkbeat employees and their immediate family members
• Users whose accounts were previously banned due to fraud
• Individuals enrolled in a self-exclusion program

Tkbeat currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.

The wagering requirement must be fully met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10 and the maximum is ৳50,000 (may vary by market).
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• Tkbeat reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled before it begins, stakes for the affected bets will be refunded.
• Tkbeat is not liable for bet cancellations caused by internet disconnection during live betting.
• If an event in a parlay bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, tkbeat may cancel a bet at its own discretion in the following circumstances:

• If a match has not started within 48 hours of its scheduled time.
• Where it is proven that there was a material error in player or team information.
• Where a technical error has been confirmed in the setting of odds.
• Where evidence of match-fixing or corruption is found.
• As directed by the regulatory authority.

If a bet is cancelled, the full stake will be returned to your account. You will be notified of the reason for cancellation via email or an on-site notification.

Tkbeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• False or incomplete registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• If the account holder is found to be a minor.
• Legal directive or regulatory authority order.

If an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or a serious policy violation, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. Permanently closed accounts cannot be recovered.

Under no circumstances will tkbeat's total liability exceed your net deposits over the preceding 30 days. tkbeat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Tkbeat reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will:
